Design
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design is the coordinated design of building systems, which includes mechanical (e.g. heating, cooling, ventilation), electrical (lighting, power supply) and water utility systems (water supply, sewage, stormwater drainage). Its goal is to ensure that the systems operate efficiently and safely, and comply with legal and environmental regulations. MEP design s of paramount importance in the sustainability, energy efficiency and comfort of modern buildings.
Technical inspection, responsible technical management
The technical inspector's job is to ensure that construction is carried out in accordance with plans, technical specifications and legislation. The inspector monitors the quality of work, the suitability of materials used, compliance with the construction schedule, and checks that systems are operating properly and safely. Technical inspection plays an important role in ensuring that building systems operate efficiently and safely in the long term.
Projekt menedzsment
Construction project management involves the management and supervision of construction processes, from the design stage to final handover. The project manager is responsible for developing the construction schedule, effectively coordinating resources (labor, materials, equipment), managing the budget, and controlling quality.Construction project manager also ensures that construction is completed on time and within budget, in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards, all while working with stakeholders.
